Each Capsule Contains: Trigonella foenum-graeum (Fenugreek) seed ext.dry conc 200mg equiv. to dry seed 2g Cnicus benedictus (Blessed Thistle) herb top ext. dry conc. 100mg equiv. to dry herb top 1g Yeast dried (Brewer's yeast) 250mg Vegetarian capsule, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.
Breastfeeding women take 1 capsule per day with food.
