All orders NZ$100 and over are FREE Shipping anywhere in New Zealand*.

How long does it take? *
NOTE: This is only once the order is finished and has been picked up by the courier, not from when order was placed.
New Zealand Courier: 1-3 Working Days*
* These timeframes start only once the order has left our premises, not from the day your order is placed on our website. This may be due to stock availability. Working days means days during the week, not including weekend days or public holidays. Please note that Dannevirke pharmacy has no control over the delivery times once it has left our premises.

Please note that the delivery times may take longer during the Holiday seasons - ie Christmas, New Year and other public holiday dates. Once it leaves Dannevirke Pharmacy's premises, we have no control over the delivery timeframe/courier drivers schedule.
*If paying by Direct Credit / Internet Banking:
All orders paid by Internet banking will start to be processed once the funds have been cleared by the bank. Payment is expected within 24 hours of placing the order. We are unable to start processing your order before payment has been received, so this may mean longer delays in receiving your order. If we have not received payment within 7 days, we will cancel your order. You are however most welcome to pop online and order from us anytime. Credit card orders are processed straight away.
Who do you use?
For all parcels around New Zealand - we use Courierpost.
Do you deliver to Rural?
Yes we deliver to Rural Areas within NZ.
Do you have to sign for the Parcel?
No - all parcels go out NON-SIGNATURE. Please ensure you have all of your address on your order as that is what is used as the delivery shipping address. If you wish to have signature required, please write SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the notes section of your order.
