Ingredients

Each Soft Capsule Contains: Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) fruit extract dry concentrate 107.14mg equivalent to dry fruit 7.5g Vitex agnus-castus (Chasteberry) fruit extract dry concentrate 15mg equivalent to dry fruit 150mg Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) root extract dry concentrate 250mg equivalent to dry fruit 1.5g Gelatin capsule, beeswax, soya and coconut oils, lecithin, glycerol, colours.

Dosage & Directions

Adults take 1 soft capsule daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Best taken for a full menstrual cycle or as recommended by your health professional.

Precautions

Warnings: If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Talk to your health professional if you are taking hormone containing medications before taking Vitex agnus cactus. Not recommended for use in pregnancy. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
